Looking for a handyman/woman to work 20 hours per week minimum. Nature of the business is vacation rentals, so the hours will not be all regular. For example, Monday you might be given assignments at 9am, but Tuesday you will be given an assignment at 11am. So your time is dependent on what is needed. 20 hours minimum at start, and will ramp up as needed.

We are a small vacation rental business with homes in Kissimmee and Davenport. You will be a vital part of our team that will handle small to medium jobs. For example, minor plumbing issues, electrical issues, changing filters, etc etc etc.

Must have own car/truck.
