We’re thrilled to host our airline crew family! To keep this a safe, clean, and comfortable space for everyone, please follow these house policies:

✅ Respect the Space & Each Other

Treat the house like your own.

Keep belongings neat (1 roller-board + 1 carry-on max).

Nothing blocking floors or walkways.

🧼 Clean As You Go

This is not a hotel — everyone tidies up after themselves.

Wash, dry, and put away dishes immediately.

Take out trash when full.

🛏 Room & Bed Assignments

Stick to your assigned room/bed.

No swapping without approval.

No guests allowed.

🥘 Kitchen & Food Rules

Eat/drink only in the kitchen & dining area.

Label all fridge items (name + date).

Fridge cleared the last Monday each month.

Only flush TP in bathrooms 🚽.

🚭 Safety First

No candles or open flames.

Smoking allowed only on the back patio (use ashtrays).

No drugs, no theft — zero tolerance.

🛡 Other Important Notes

Unclaimed items donated after 30 days.

Bedding is your responsibility to wash & maintain.

All tenants must sign liability release & provide emergency contact.
