Important news:
WE PLAN ON REOPENING FRIDAY 6/19.
Now that Gov. Baker has allowed us to enter "Phase2"
and we have received clear direction from our local Orleans Board of Health we are going to attempt to salvage our Summer 2020 season.
Please be aware that there will be some changes.. here's a partial list... that's evolving:
Enhanced cleaning and disinfection of all guest rooms.
Social distancing..on the premises
No Continental Breakfast or Cafe food service will be available.
Our outdoor pool will be open
However our Indoor Pool and Hot Tub will not be available per State and Local Regulations.

We will do our Best to welcome back all Returning and New guests in the safest possible way.

Please call us or email to check and confirm rates and availability.

The office will be open starting Monday 6/15

Now that it's June the summer weather is here! Yesterday the Rugosa Rosa/Beach Roses that I planted 10+ years ago were in bloom and the bumble bees are happy.
We're STILL awaiting further information/clarification later this week from Gov. Baker on Reopening/Phase 2.
Hopefully we'll be able to welcome guests back shortly!

Beautiful Spring weather is finally here.
The Grass is growing.... and today i'm mowing the lawns and optimistic that we will be able to reopen soon.
We're still awaiting clear direction from the Governor and local authorities on when we will be allowed to safely re-open.

Today I changed our sign to reflect the new post Covid 19 reality...
Hopefully we will reopen ... soon..
We are anxiously awaiting news from Gov Baker...
So that we can make plans... and welcome back visitors and guests to enjoy all that Orleans and Cape Cod has to offer!

At least the Wild Turkey is enjoying Spring time in Orleans...
Looks like the turkey is wishing our Heated Indoor Pool was open!

Step #1:
Thanks to Dan and the Town of Orleans Water Department we re installed our water meters in preparation for reopening for the 2020 Season.
UNFORTUNATELY DUE to the COVID 19 Health Emergency situation:
Our 2020 Reopening date has been postponed.
We hope to reopen as soon as it is safe to do so.
At this point I would anticipate that being sometime after June 1st.
Please stay safe and healthy!
All of us here look forward to seeing everyone again soon.

Welcome to our new Raypak 200k btu hot tub heater.. which we uncrated and put into place today.
Goodbye to our old heater which failed after 8 years of faithful service.
Hopefully we will have the new heater installed and running next week.

We all waited out the storm here together in the lobby... while the wind and the rain came through...this afternoon.
Fortunately there wasn't any damage here...
