Still have a lot of openings this year! August 29 to September 5, September 11 to September 18, September 25 to October 3, October 7 to October 17, October 31 to November 21, November 28 to December 31. September and October are two of the best months. Quiet and less crowded.

You know I don't like to have the beach house sitting empty - make me an offer and I'm sure we can work something out.
