The history of Ormond by the Sea as seen at the Argosy Motel.

You’re invited to the ribbon cutting in celebration of naming Argosy Park after the long-standing Argosy Motel that stood on this same spot for decades. It was a renowned landmark that operated here in Ormond-by-the-Sea, Florida from 1953 until 2014. Drop by this Friday at 9am to reminisce and celebrate with us and the Clark family!

It stood for 61 years through hurricane, long past, Donna, and more recently Charlie. So long, old friend. You served our family and the customers well. We look forward to your new look as public parking for the beach. We will definitely visit you when you are ready for new friends!
