The three bedrooms can be set up to provide a place to sleep for a family with kids or for two or three couples traveling together. - Large Master Suite: King bed, dresser, two nightstands, TV, direct access to back yard, and bathroom with dual sinks, shower and tub.

- Bedroom #2: Queen Bed, chest, nightstand, great views of Catalina Mountains

- Bedroom #3: Beds can be configured as 2 Twin beds or 1 King bed, nightstand

Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a bathroom with single sink and shower. The great room is furnished with a comfortable reclining sofa, love seat and recliner, TV, and gas fireplace. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you'll need to cook your own meals if you want or you can take advantage of our great year round weather and cook outdoors on the gas grill. The backyard is a private oasis with plenty of seating, a fire pit table for cooler weather and room to relax. And the sparkling pool is a great place to take a dip during the warmer months of the year.
