Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a bathroom with single sink and shower. The great room is furnished with a comfortable reclining sofa, love seat and recliner, TV, and gas fireplace. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you'll need to cook your own meals if you want or you can take advantage of our great year round weather and cook outdoors on the gas grill. The backyard is a private oasis with plenty of seating, a fire pit table for cooler weather and room to relax. And the sparkling pool is a great place to take a dip during the warmer months of the year.
