The 2026 Shootout was in sight of our condo/resort!
The Dirty Duck death-defying crash was terrifying yet mesmerizing to see and thankfully, the throttleman was able to walk away and the driver's broken leg was able to be repaired.
Dirty Duck's Boat Rentals is located NEXT DOOR to our condo!

It has been almost a week since the Dirty Duck powerboat went airborne at more than 200 miles per hour during the Lake of the Ozarks Shootout races. The powerboat crew describes the crash at 213 mph during the Lake of the Ozarks Shootout.

Johny Ellsworth has our condo listed for sale. With his new helper, you should call for an appointment soon!

Officially hired my newest assistant… her qualifications include smiling at showings, pointing at houses, and approving snack pantries. 🍼🏡

She may be calling the shots soon, but for now… you’ll have to go through Grandpa 😉

If you’re thinking about buying or selling, let’s make your next move the right one. I’ve got the experience (and the backup).

📩 Message me anytime—let’s get you home!
