A quick tour of the most famous theaters because of its acoustics. No microphones are needed! It took 20 years to build because the first two Italian architects died in their first year, both age 44. No one wanted to take the job because it was believed you would live past 44. A Belgium architect age 58 finished the theater.

Our 43rd wedding anniversary day! A day on the river exploring the Delta. Small islands are formed in the delta with many tributaries off the main River. It is an area where people live without roads or cars. They get around by boat. Trash is put out in plastic bags at the end of your peer and picked up by collection boats. You boat to school, work etc. prices for a houses range from $35,000 to $125,000. The more expensive homes are on the main river, tributary homes are less expensive because the boat service for trash, schools and transport is less. Most homes are vacation homes but some live there too. Tigre was a cute town and fabulous market area. And then a lovely seafood dinner down by the river at Puerto Cristal, along Puerto Madero.

Now we didn’t see this, but wish we did.

This is how they make sun-dried tomatoes in southern Italy. There are screens under them, and when they are laid out they are covered with a screen to prevent pests. No spray, no chemicals, No sulfur, just sun.

Enjoying yet another aspect of Naples…it’s airport lounge! Prost! On our way to Milan, then Lake Como. FYI should have taken the train from Naples instead of flying, but we didn’t know we’d be extending our trip and going to lake Como. Thought we were ending in Milan🤔
