Who is in the mood for my teriyaki brisket? Three weeks ago. The Proprietor's Lodge in Pittsfield asked me to come be their chef for their restaurant. I will be adding some of my past favorites that people have loved for specials. Tonight I will have my teriyaki brisket for a special.

Been a while guys I’m cooking again at The Elm in great Barrington. The old 20 railroad. Simple menu this week adding more of my food next week. There is also a second chef here and his food is amazing also. Check out the menu on their website. Fyi my carrot cake is on the menu tonight also.
