We are honored to carry forward the legacy of the historic St. Elmo Hotel—the first women-owned property in all of Ouray. Built in 1898 by the remarkable Kittie Heit, rooms once went for just $1 a night at what was then the finest hotel in town. We’re excited to breathe new life into this landmark while honoring its rich past.
