All Seasons Lodge and Ranch

All Seasons Lodge and Ranch is located in the Bison Ranch development in Overgaard Arizona. We have three separate things going on that can be utilized together or seperatley:

The lodge is a refurbished 5,100 square foot ranch house which we rent out for events, business meetings, weddings, family reunions or other medium sized needs. It has proven quite popul

The Barn is an addition to the estate to handle larger events. Basically, we took and old barn and fixed it up for weddings and other events of up to 300 people. The Stables consist of 19 stalls, small lounge, turn out pasture, simple arena, hot walker and is within 30 feet of the Sitgreaves Natl. A great temporary or permanent get away for those who live in the valley and want to ride year round. So, whether you're planning a wedding, family reunion, horse adventure or whatever, we can hook you up. We can also save you a lot of money compared to the venue prices of the valley! The possibilities of this property are only limited by your imagination.
