Our home is located in the heart of wine country with several wineries nearby. We also have a few local breweries and distilleries in the surrounding area. Bonavista State golf courses is less than 2 miles away. Less than a 1/4 mile where the road ends is a great walking and biking trail within Sampson State Park. Waterloo Premium Outlets is less than 25 miles away for a great shopping experience.
