Our guest chef, Adele, knocked it out of the park with a beautiful two-course breakfast. She started with a refreshing nectarine, plum, and cucumber salad with fresh mint, followed by rhubarb walnut muffins and an egg, potato, and spinach strata.

Even better, the eggs, rhubarb, mint, and spinach were all harvested fresh from her family’s farm.
