$800 for 7 nights (Saturday to Saturday)
$60 additional cleaning fee
$40 additional county taxes
(Rates are prorated for shorter or longer stays)

The West Lake Cottage is located on Owasco Lake in the Town of Fleming, just minutes from Auburn, NY. The address is 4692 West Lake Rd (Rte 38) Auburn, NY. The cottage is situated right on the lake so there are no steps down to the lake or crossing the road!

The cottage boasts a full kitchen with all the supplies and appliances you need to make a great meal for the family. There is also a gas grill if you’d rather BBQ.

Two bedrooms sleep a max of 6 people with a full bed in one and a twin/full bunkbed in the other, plus a mattress.
Sheets/linens/bedding/pillows/towels and toiletries are NOT included.

WiFi and cable TV are included in the rental fee. You can log on to your Netflix or Hulu account on the smart tv.

The enclosed porch leads to a large deck that is a great place to enjoy the outdoors as an extension of the living space! The views are amazing!

Check in after 3pm
Check out by 11am.

Pets only allowed with permission.

Water shoes suggested for swimming (the lake has zebra mussels)
Please bring water. 2 gallons of drinking/cooking/coffee water is provided (water from the faucets is lake water and not drinkable)
