This is meant for you (facebook). Most of my friends and family know understand I retired from real estate. So they understand the simple fact that I no longer practice real estate. Thus, it is no surprise that they do not look to me for advice, knowledge or anything to do with Real Estate! There is allot of sence in this article...Note- Recent REO Pricing stratergies seemed to be focused toward owner occupants.
