My name is Larry, and I have lived in Ventura County all of my life. It has been a lifetime dream of mine to own a waterfront home, and now that I do, I am very excited to share it with you! Built with inspiration from my love for the Channel Islands and the ocean, my home is the perfect vacation rental to get away. Featuring an electric boat, kayaks, paddle boards, boogie boards, bicycles, a skat

eboard, pool table, foosball, and dart board, Chillville is an excellent place to go for some adventure. If you are more interested in just relaxing and recharging your batteries, Chillville offers wonderful attractions for you as well. You can enjoy a jacuzzi overlooking the harbor, a fireplace with a waterfront view, lounge chairs on the deck to catch some rays on the water, and a top-of-the-line entertainment system, including high definition TV's and a whole-home audio system. My vacation rental sleeps eight guests and is the perfect place for out of town visitors to bring the whole family. It is completely furnished with all the features that would be expected for full-time living, including a washer and dryer, plenty of the finest quality linens, silverware and cooking utensils, and a fully equipped chef's kitchen and barbeque. I have been away for far too long and I’m coming back in April to ground in and feel the peace and solitude of the harbor.
This beautiful home is open for the rest of the year for a vacation rental as I will be out of the country. Come stay and experience the beauty💖

I saw this amazing sight while cruising on my electric boat! Look at all the seals sunbathing on the dock! If you look closely, there are even more under the boat rack to the left!

The new 18 foot electric boat arrived yesterday perfect for cruising the harbor and looking at all the dolphins and seals. As well as going to any one of the awesome restaurants in the evening. As a gift for my Facebook friends the use of this boat is free for your first time stay at Chillville!!!

The spacious living room offers huge windows to look out on the water and is my favorite place to watch the sunset from. It also has the best TV in the house!
