🍋Meyer Lemon Croissant with Whipped Chantilly🍋
We’ve got a new sweet croissant available now! We bake Meyer lemon curd onto the croissant, then add a whipped chantilly(white chocolate whipped cream).
Now here’s where things get interesting! We preserve sliced lemons in sugar mixed with yuzu kosho, which is a Japanese lemon chili paste. Yes, they are edible, and add a very yummy zesty element to this pretty straightforward pastry, imo 💃
