The power company will be down today pulling all meters off the poles. FYI

We will be down to pull all the restrooms either this afternoon or first thing tomorrow. Weathers great let’s get everything out today and not wait. Prediction has stayed at 35. All lots will be inspected for items left and it may lead to eviction if items are not removed.

Still showing 29 ft in 4 days. River got to a little over 27 right before Memorial Day.

Weather service has offically predicted minor flooding now. Mills County Emergency Management has also advised of flooding possible starting tomorrow. We are going to advise an evacuation of the lots. Please remove all possible items as soon as possible. Hopefully weather can hold off and items can be brought back by the weekend. For now the gate can get unlocked and left open while people remove items.
