When you own a vintage cabin and you’re an Interior Designer, the updates never stop!

Check out our “new” stair rail that was made from all recycled/reused logs that were original to the cabin and acquired years ago from a fellow log home owner. I love that it feels like it’s always been there.
The next decision, do we stain the raw portions on spindles to match or leave them natural/rustic?!

You can reach this pristine lake in about 4.5 miles with minimal elevation gain. Continue on around the lake for additional mileage and jaw dropping views of Mt. Rainier. Pitch a tent, bring your leashed pet and enjoy the lake. 🏔️🥾
