🎄✨ Christmas is coming to Fern Lake Campground after Halloween, and we have LOTS of fun planned this season! ✨🎄

🌲 A Little Fern Lake History… 25 Years Ago! 📸

Next year, Fern Lake Campground turns 50 years old! 🎉 We’re already planning a BIG Birthday Bash & Fall Festival to celebrate, but we’ll share more about that later. 😉

For now, this post is about something totally different…

Since becoming the managers here at Fern Lake, Ben & I have learned so much about this campground and the families who have made memories here over the years. ❤️

One of our favorite things has been hearing stories from returning guests and seeing Fern Lake through their eyes. We love the history of this place — the stories, the memories, and especially the old photos!

This weekend, we have a guest staying with us who last visited Fern Lake 25 years ago! 😲🌲

They shared some wonderful memories from that visit and, even better, brought along these photos from their trip. They were kind enough to let us share them with all of you!

Just look at these sweet Fern Lake memories! 🥰 The playground, the campsite, the family time… so many things may have changed over the years, but one thing hasn't:

Fern Lake is a place where memories are made. ❤️

We feel so lucky to now be a small part of the continuing story of this special campground.

And we have to ask… Does anyone else have old Fern Lake photos hiding in an album or on their computer? 📸
