Waters of the World Healing Mineral Pools The Waters of the World Healing Mineral Pools are a local water attraction exclusive to the South Floridian Spa at PGA National. Instead of needing to venture out to exotic bodies of water the Spa has recreated the experiences one might experience by visiting the Dead Sea of Israel and the Salies De Bearns in the Pyrenees Mountains of France. Spa guests are allowed access to this luxurious, newly furnished pool deck for lounging all day with any spa treatment as part of their “spa day”.

The Dead Sea Pool The water of the Dead Sea contains 21 minerals including magnesium, calcium, bromine and potassium. 12 of these are found in no other sea or ocean in the world.

Renowned for their therapeutic effects since ancient times, travelers have bathed in the mineral-rich waters of the Dead Sea which is said to have many well-known healing properties from soothing skin allergies to improving blood circulation and metabolism. The waters of the Dead Sea have been shown to improve mobility, reduce pain, itch relief, and relieve sleep disturbances in an average of less than one week.
