This is not a typical house-on-the-beach, but a mansion just a few steps from the beach. The house can accommodate 1-3 families with six children. A large room with ’sky light’ and a gas fireplace, spacious kitchen, granite counter tops and a large island, gas stove, 2 ovens, waffle maker, coffee machines for espresso and cappuccino. Also, as an addition, the porch has another dining table for 6 people. On the first floor there is a library, a game center with a large plasma TV and Wii console with lots of games. Upstairs there is a huge open balcony overlooking the ocean with a comfortable sofa and armchairs, which after lounging on the sunny beach, you can relax with a glass of wine, listen to the sound of the surf or count the stars at night. The house has three large bedrooms: the first one is on the first floor with a large bed, a whirlpool bath and a shower cabin. On the second floor there are two bedrooms, one of them has an amazing view of the ocean. Children's bedroom with two bunk beds and a trundle bed accommodates up to 5 children, and an extra small sofa downstairs would be perfect for a teenager. Inside the fenced courtyard there is a hot tub for the most relaxing holiday. This house has everything you need for a great stay. The house is situated on a gorgeous unspoiled beach which is never crowded. You can watch birds, local fishermen, observe sea turtles that nest here all year round. You always have beach chairs, umbrellas and a bit of sports equipment for playing in the water. This house is located few minutes from many parks and places of entertainment. GENERAL
