“The best-laid plans of mice and men often go awry”.... No matter how carefully a project is planned, something always doesn’t go according to “plan”. In my case, multiple things! The weather was abnormally cold with high dew points last week so painting is running 5 days behind schedule. Then too boot, I’m out of commission with the flu. 🤦🏻‍♀️ ⁣

HUGE week for the —Project PaintZONA has commenced!!!

Many know that I’ve been waiting over a year to start this project and after many (many) milestones throughout 2019, it’s finally happening!! The whole exterior is getting a complete makeover, including... a new fresh to death paint job (you helped me pick the color last year!), updated trim, reframing of the windows, repairing all wood siding and updated lattice around the foundation. I am just overjoyed to be able to give this cottage the coastal look I’ve been envisioning since buying her in 2018! 🏡

Enjoying a sunset bike ride with my best friend who is visiting for the weekend! We are lucky to be right on the Pinellas Trail which is 38 miles of beautiful FL views & the best way to explore all the local spots in honor of 🚲🌤
