We are a fast-growing boutique luxury vacation rental company seeking a full-time Guest Services / Property Manager.

The position would be starting full time, and after 90 days probation period be guaranteed 40 hours.

Looking for a Jack or Jill of all trades. Someone who is flexible, adaptable, and able to bring their knowledge, as well as learn on the job. We are looking for a dynamic person to join our dynamic team. The candidate must have Guest Services/ Property Management experience in the Vacation Rental industry or similar field.

Guest Services/Property Manager duties include assisting in the management of vacation rental properties, guest check-ins/outs, addressing guest needs during the stay, facilitation of repairs, maintenance, and general house checks. Also working with vendors to facilitate repairs and other guest needs. Will require phone communication with guests, general email/phone support, etc.

This position requires the ability to keep confidentiality, a professional appearance, and a helpful attitude. Experience working in a boutique property management office environment with exposure to customer service, problem-solving is ideal. Hours can vary depending on the demand of the vacation rental company, and a flexible schedule is necessary for this position. You will work closely with the Operations Manager to create a positive guest experience.

Previous experience as a vacation rental property manager is required. The position is a great opportunity for a charismatic, organized, detail-oriented, upbeat, self-starting people person. Candidates with high-end/boutique hospitality management or similar experience may be considered. Candidate should have own car and have flexible availability. The position requires some travel in Palm Springs and surrounding Coachella Valley cities.

The local community came together and decisively let their voice be heard by voting NO on C! vacation rentals are a huge part of tourism and a huge part of the community. We all benefit by them in some way. Thank you to all those in PS who voted NO.
