We are seeking an enthusiastic, results-oriented RV Resort General Manager to oversee all aspects of our upscale RV resort operations. The ideal candidate is a strategic, adaptable leader who can manage a fast-paced, dynamic environment while ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and financial profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management: Oversee all daily operations, including guest services, reservations, staff supervision, and facility maintenance.
Team Leadership & Delegation: Lead, coach, and motivate a diverse team, delegating tasks effectively to ensure efficient operations and high levels of customer service.
Conflict Resolution & Communication: Utilize excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills to proactively address and resolve guest issues and internal conflicts, maintaining positive resident and employee relationships.
Financial Management: Acquire proper bids to assist with controlling operational costs, and identify opportunities to maximize profitability and revenue.
Strategic & Creative Thinking: Act as an independent self-starter and strategic thinker who can see the big picture, bringing creative solutions and "thinking outside the box" to enhance guest engagement and operational efficiency.
Adaptability & Multitasking: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, capable of multitasking and adapting quickly to changing situations and new technologies while maintaining composure and flexibility.
Positivity & Professionalism: Foster a positive work environment and embody a professional, energetic, and customer-oriented personality.
Feedback & Improvement: Exhibit an openness to others' views and feedback, consistently seeking guest and team input to address concerns and improve overall satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills:

Proven management experience, within the last 5 years preferred.
Excellent communication (oral and written), organizational, and time management skills.
Basic computer experience.
Ability to work independently or as part of a small team.

Dear Bentsen Grove Residents,

We are so excited to welcome all of you back! You may notice a few new faces in the office — we are currently in a transition period as we search for a new Community Manager.

We’re taking our time to find the right person — someone who is professional, experienced and genuinely dedicated to our community. Our goal is to hire someone who is responsive, responsible, and brings a positive attitude — someone who cares about making Bentsen Grove a place you’re proud to call home.

In the meantime, Cindy Preston-Aguilar, our manager at Bit-O-Heaven, will continue overseeing all management responsibilities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

We’ve also discovered that certain resident issues and maintenance requests were not properly documented or passed along by the previous management team. We sincerely apologize for any frustration or inconvenience this has caused. If you have an outstanding concern or maintenance request, please resubmit it via email to [email protected] so that we can make sure every matter receives the attention it deserves.
We hope this message helps put to rest some of the rumors that have been circulating. We’ll keep you updated on our progress and will introduce the new Community Manager as soon as they are hired.

We want to let you know that Jonathan Millet going forward will no longer be managing our Bentsen Grove Community. We are grateful for the time, dedication and contributions that he made while with us and we wish he and his wife Kammy Great Success in their next chapter !! We will be making an announcement as to his replacement soon. In the meantime, please join us in wishing him a fond farewell !
