We are pleased to announce the following rates for the 2016 - 2017 season, effective immediately. Daily rate: $30.00, Weekly rate: $140.00 (daily and weekly rate includes electric.), Monthly rate: $300.00, 3 Month rate: $800.00, 4 Month rate: $940.00, 5 Month rate: $1040.00, 6 Month rate: $1155.00, Yearly rate: $1,510.00. Our electric unit rate went from 22 cents to 17 cents beginning in 2015. If

you would like to make reservations or would like to receive our brochure, please call our office and ask for Dee. We cater to people 55+ who live in northern states during the summer, and come to the Rio Grande Valley for some sunshine during the winter. We have several people who live in the Park year round. We have 86 large sites. and a lot of instant friends.

It was with great sadness yesterday that we said good-bye to Bob and Judy G. After many years of coming to GG they sold their park model and will no longer be a resident here. We will miss them and wish them safe travels home.
