Chilaquiles with guajillo pepper sauce, pulled pork, sour cream, queso fresco, and eggs, coffee on the side, and a view over the gardens and lagoon. All delivered straight to your room from our on-site from Dinah's Poolside Restaurant.

Long afternoons by the pool, flowers in full bloom, and warm evenings wandering through our tropical gardens and koi lagoons. Around here, we’re in no rush to call the season over.
