Anchor Lodge Anchor Lodge, a perfect place to have an intimate experience on Florida's beautiful Gulf Coast! Chec It's kind of like being in the country at the beach!

Anchor Lodge is located on the southwest cape of Alligator Point, and was built by J.L. and Jane Oliver in the 1950's to escape from south Georgia to the soothing Gulf breezes. Currently, the fourth-generation of Olivers are enjoying family reunions to the Point. The 3 bedroom house is on one level which is ideal for retirees, children, and those who hate stairs. Oak trees line the yard while the

terrace with 50% shade allows for some great "therapeutic" time to relax. There are no hotels, bars, and other tourist attractions to disturb you.

COVID UPDATE: We are officially open for rentals again! We will be following the Franklin County Plan for Reopening Short Term Vacation Rentals guidelines (linked below) for all rentals until further notice. The guide include restrictions on who we can rent to, enhanced cleaning guidelines, continued social distancing by renters while on property, and more.

If you have a rental scheduled in the future, we can honor it as is. If your rental was canceled prior to now, we'd love to re-book in the future. Our calendar on VRBO is up-to-date.

We ask for your patience as we navigate our "new normal." Please know the health and safety of our guests and the community is on the forefront of our minds as we begin welcoming guests back to our little slice of paradise!

Anchor Lodge survived Hurricane Michael, but the front patio did not. In 60 years this is the worst hurricane damage we’ve had, and it could have been much worse. Thankful for the first responders and utility crews from around the region restoring power and clearing roads. Say a prayer for those that were not as fortunate as us.
