The condo is located at Wendwood Condominiums, and it is 1,200 sq ft. It has 2 br and 2 ba. Both bedrooms have TVs. There is a queen size sleeper sofa and a 65” smart TV in the living room. It is a 200-yard walk to beach access. There are 2 parking spaces, and there is also a pool and shuffleboard available. Pier Park is 2 miles away, and Winn Dixie is 1 mile away.
