When hurricane prep means the balcony furniture becomes living room furniture! 🤪🌀🪑

As we prepare for the approaching storm, we’re reminded of one of the things that makes booking directly with our family so special.

When the unexpected happens, you’re not dealing with a call center, a third-party booking platform, or a middleman. You’re dealing directly with us. Real people who genuinely care about your vacation, your experience, and most importantly, your safety.

Our guests’ safety will always be our top priority, and we’re here to communicate, answer questions, and work through unexpected situations together.

We’re sending our thoughts and best wishes to everyone in the storm’s path. Stay safe, friends! ❤️

PS: Shout out to our amazing cleaner, Darby, who went above and beyond to make sure our condo is ready for the storm!

🌧️🏖️ WHO SAYS A LITTLE RAIN CAN RUIN A BEACH TRIP?! 🌧️

Let’s be real… sometimes Mother Nature has other plans! But one of our favorite things about a beach vacation is that even rainy days can be FUN! ☔️🌴

When the skies open up, it’s the perfect excuse to:
🎬 Have a movie marathon on the 75-inch TV
🎲 Break out the board games & cards
🍿 Make some snacks and have a cozy family day
🍹 Head out for some good food & frozen drinks
🛍️ Do a little shopping
🎳 Find some indoor activities
🌅 And as soon as that rain passes… HEAD BACK TO THE BEACH! 😎

Sometimes the best vacation memories happen on the days you weren’t expecting! ❤️

So don’t cancel that beach trip just because the forecast has a few clouds and raindrops. Come enjoy PCB rain or shine! 🌊☀️🌧️

📍 Summit 227 PCB…because there’s always something fun to do! 🏖️

🌴 LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! 🌴

When it comes to the perfect beach getaway, where you stay makes all the difference! And we think our second-floor unit at Summit 227 is the perfect spot. 🏖️☀️

Being on the second floor means you’re just steps away from everything…no long elevator waits, easy access to the pool and grounds, and still high enough to enjoy those beautiful views! 🌊

You can walk right out, grab your beach gear, head to the pool, enjoy dinner, or catch the sunset without spending half your vacation getting where you’re going. 😉

Perfect location. Perfect floor. Perfect beach getaway. ❤️
