It has a master bedroom on the Gulf side of the unit, a separate bunk room with its own bath, and a pull out couch if you need to accommodate 6 people. Indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, a short walk to the hustle and bustle of Pier Park, and much much more!

Both 1012 and 312 are 1 bed, 2 bath with a bunk room and sleep 6. *Bonus* 312 is one flight of stairs so you can avoid the elevators during busy season.

Hey All...just wanted to let everybody know that we sold our beach house on Cape San Blas but have just gone under contract on a third unit at Tidewater in Panama City Beach. This is unit is the same layout as our smaller unit (1012) with a master bedroom on the Gulf, a bunk room, and the ability to sleep 6. AND the best news is that its on the third floor...great views BUT only one flight of stairs for those trying to avoid the elevators during busy season. We're about a month out from taking possession but we are going to open up calendars on all three units as start booking out the rest of this year and 2025.
