This was the perfect condo for just the two of us traveling with no kids. It was spotless and very nicely decorated. It felt very new and updated but also cozy and comfortable.The owners have supplied everything you might need for a week stay. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking simple meals. We loved the balcony with a great view and two comfy chairs for coffee in the morning and w**e in the evening. This was a very quiet unit on the end of the building facing away from the closest high-rise. The 11th floor kept us away from street noise at night. The location of the Sunbird is perfect on the east end of PCB. Walmart is very close and there are plenty of smaller shops and restaurants in the area. We appreciated, avoiding the congested traffic of the Pier Park area. The Sunbird is an older condo complex, but has been very well maintained. We did not use the pools any on this trip since the ocean was clean and clear for swimming, but the pool looked very inviting and clean. This unit included two chairs and an umbrella furnished on the beach. That is a great benefit that made our long days at the beach very comfortable. We enjoyed walking to Pineapple Wi***es, right next-door for live music and appetizers in the evening. We would definitely stay in this exact unit again if we decide to return to PCB in the future.
