There's truly nothing else like this place. 🏖️

Built in 1936 by Mr. Benjamin Adams, who hauled in a load of poplar lumber from his own farm to build it by hand, this little nautical beach cottage sheltered four generations of one family for 75 years — right up until a full down-to-the-studs restoration in 2022.

The original tongue-and-groove shiplap walls stayed. Everything else got a brand new life.
