We have so much to offer In our community this year! We have 3 pools, 1 of which is heated. Access to the soft white sandy beach is just steps away from your condo door. Our Penthouse unit offers one of the most sought after views on the beach, allowing unobstructed views from Pier Park all the way to St. Andrew's state park. Imagine 4th of July spent on your private balcony sitting in your custom made oversized Adirondack chairs , no traffic or crowds. The sky is lit up with firecrackers you can see for miles! While you are vacationing with us we will supply you a beach wagon, nice beach chairs and a contemporary beach sunshield to use. Our unit We do not offer the public beach chairs with our unit but you are welcome to rent them when you arrive. We are not cheap LOL! But we like to give you a choice as to where you sit and who you sit next to! We are local and live 10 minutes from The Sunbird allowing us to address any issues or concerns during your stay! Our prices are competitive but not ridiculous! When you book with us or in any unit at the Sunbird we will provide you with a link to a local photographer for special pricing on family vacation pictures.
