When you are visiting PCB and looking for a fishing trip, the guys at Southern Dawn Charters are second to none! Not only were they able to accommodate the 8 of us at the last minute, they got us on the fish immediately! Over 70 Spanish Mackerel in 4 hours. They were friendly and patient with our teen girls. We had an amazing time! Try them out and tell them we sent you!

Laketown Wharf is conveniently located across the street from the beach with private beach access. Walking distance to several restaurants including very popular Pineapple Willy’s as well as Waffle House. ZooWorld, Wonderworks, go kart tracks, and giant maze to name a few close by entertainment options when a beach break is needed.

The condo community includes 4 large pools and hot tubs, a kiddie pool, a gym, a putting green, an ice cream shop, Juan Taco, The Wharf Seafood Buffett, Lorrie Morgan’s Spicy Hot Chicken, and many more amenities. Nightly water fountain and music show over the lake.

Our condo has both lake views from the balcony and beach views from the front door. Comfortably sleeps 6 with a king bed, twin bunk beds, and a queen sleeper sofa with 2 bathrooms. Full sized washer and dryer in unit.
