The holidays are coming 🎄 🐚 and we are ready!! There is something magical about enjoying the beach 🏝️ in a sweatshirt without all the crowds to renew your soul.

You can enjoy laying on the daybed swing and reading a book.
Take the time to work on a puzzle or get in some walks on the beach collecting seashells.
Not to mention great seafood without the lines of eating out.

We’ve stayed in a lot of vacation rentals and anyone can list a place for you to rent, but the difference is in the details.

Just this past week I stayed in a “luxury” house on the beach in another city. Nothing extra, ants everywhere, torn rugs, stained headboards, toilets that didn’t work, a pool that turned blonde hair green. It was beyond what I could imagine someone would allow, but that’s what so many properties are like. You are just another number. They didn’t care.

Years of traveling with pack and plays and high chairs took up so much room and time packing. I want our guests to show up and not have to worry about if they had to choose between that pair of shoes or packing a beach towel. You can easily spend $200 renting bikes 🚲, but we want you to not have to deal with the time and expense.

2 umbrellas and 4 chairs… $500 for the week! 💥 We’ve got you taken care of with our stocked garage. #

The feel when you walk in the door should be everything you would want in your own home. Clean, cozy, and all you have to do is bring some groceries.

I’ve lost count of how many times a guest tells me…. “The daybed swing is my favorite spot in the house”. At night you can hear the ocean 🌊 waves, durning the day you can watch the kids swim. We’ve had at least 3 different experiences of kids learning to swim this summer because the pool is 4 feet deep and it’s max. It’s the perfect hang out spot! With the heated pool, fall is coming and it’s the perfect getaway for fall break. No worrying if red flags 🚩 or seaweed. Enjoy the new outdoor co****le and relaxing.

You will love the pool at our beach house but if you are a beach person we are so close to the beach, it’s only 900 feet!! You can take the beach wagon, the stroller, the bikes or you could even walk.

When you stay at our beach house, you won't have to bring a thing! We provide beach toys and bags and we've got floats, sunscreen, coffee, beach chairs, an umbrella, bikes, games, even a battery powered air pump for your floats! No more fighting over who is going to pass out while blowing floats up.

At 30a Sunny Days we have 3 free bikes ($250 value for a week) with a kid pull behind trailer, pool toys/floats, beach toys, beach towels, coolers, and even 2 kids scooters and helmets!

We have thought of everything so all you have to do is show up and relax!!

We really do think that our place is the BEST! 🌊

One of the best parts of vacation is spending time with family and friends, but no one wants to be cramped and stuffed into a tiny condo with a hallway bunk room.

We believe in providing the extra touches that make the difference for our guests. That’s why you will find shampoo, body wash and other necessities here at Laguna Pearl when you stay with us.

We want you to be comfortable and have everything you need. If you forget something on your packing list, more than likely we will have it here. We have comfortable beds and bedding, extra blankets and pillows, utensils and supplies in the kitchen so that you can stay in and cook your meals if you want, and all the pool and beach supplies you will need to enjoy a day on the water.
