Christmas parade has been moved to Sunday!

Panama City Christmas Parade Update - 12/7/25 ~ 9:18 AM

We were hopeful that today’s rain would clear in time for the rescheduled Panama City Christmas Parade at 5:00 PM. However, the weather looks to take a bit longer to move out than expected. To ensure everyone has a drier, safer and more enjoyable experience, the parade start time has been delayed to 6:30 PM tonight.

Please note that the only change for this event is the start time. The parade route remains unchanged and will proceed along Harrison Ave from Government St to E 12th St.

Due to expected inclement weather on Saturday, December 6th, the Panama City Christmas Parade has been rescheduled to Sunday, December 7th, beginning at 5 p.m.

Harrison Ave. from Government Street to E 12th St. will be closed from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. on December 7th.

The boat ramp at the Downtown Marina will close at 12:00 a.m. on December 7th (the night before the parade) and remain closed all day for parade staging at the Marina. The entire Marina parking lot (former Civic Center) will be closed to traffic.

The parade route remains unchanged: Harrison Ave. from the Marina to Bay High School.

We look forward to seeing everyone line the streets and join us for a cheerful and festively fun celebration through the heart of Panama City this Sunday!
