Located in the gated community of Carillon, next to 30A and only a 10 minute drive to Pier Park in PCB.

This line of seaweed might not look pretty, but it’s doing important work. It helps hold the sand in place, especially here, where erosion is happening fast.

As tides shift, seaweed traps sand and creates a natural barrier that slows the loss of shoreline. Given time, it also enriches the sand with nutrients, helping dune plants take root and build a stronger, more resilient beach.

What looks like debris is actually part of the beach healing itself ❤️‍🩹
