Unit 2010 is a 2 Bedroom / 2 Bath Beachfront Condo, with an extra Bunk Bed Room at Sunrise Beach Condominium. The Master Bedroom has a King Bed, the 2nd Bedroom is furnished with a Queen Bed, and the Bunk Bed Room sports a Twin over Full Bed. Sleeps 8 total. We are directly on the Gulf of Mexico. The Master Bedroom and Family Room each have balcony access with fabulous views of the Emerald Gulf. O
ur unit also boasts a Master Bath with garden tub and separate walk-in shower, laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, Cable TV, Free DVD Rentals, and a fully stocked kitchen with granite counter tops. The Condo Building highlights an elevated gulf-front deck, with two tropical pools (one seasonally heated), two relaxing hot tubs, children's water play area, gulf-front exercise room, grill area, meeting and/or wedding reception room (fee), and convenient covered parking directly under the building. For the comfort of ALL our guests, we do not allow smoking or pets. Beach Service Included -- 2 Beach Chairs & an Umbrella are included with each rental stay (seasonal). Just minutes from Pier Park and Frank Brown Recreation Center, and less than a 5 minute walk to Sharky's or Runaway Island Beachfront Restaurants. We are motorcycle friendly, though trailers are not permitted in the parking garage. Nearby facilities do offer trailer parking for additional fees.
