Our condo is a one bedroom one and a half baths. It sleeps six, with a king size bed in the bedroom, a queen sleeper sofa and built in bunk beds. Linens and towels are furnished, full kitchen with appliances, dishes, even a waffle iron, crock pot and keurig so you can feel at home! . Bring your sunscreen and beach towel there's a set of beach chairs included with your rental April - October. Relax in the two outdoor hot tubs or the indoor one. Even a heated pool in the winter.!. On the Summit property there is are two kiddie pools, two large pools, fitness center, arcade, tennis courts, grills, shuffleboard, market, pool side tiki bar and even a bar n grill so you never have to leave the resort unless you want to. When you do you can walk to restaurants, go cart, putt putt and more. This is a great place to stay and take in some of the many festivals or special events Panama City Beach has to offer ...Music festival, ironman, sporting tournaments and more or just get away to relax with the family. Spinnakers is next door if you want to listen to some music or get a bite to eat, even meet friends for a drink. This is a gated resort with 24/7 security. No pet and NO smoking. By renting from us you have no hidden fees. My prices include taxes and cleaning, all rentals require a refundable damage deposit. We are always just a call away if you have questions.
