Sorry, we have been on the quiet side lately, we’ve had a couple of family emergencies. But we are ready to help you book your next beach trip.

Do you have plans for your kids next school break??? The beach is calling your names….P.S. rates are cheap right now!

Here are a few of my favorite things to do at the beach in February/March!

🏝️SHOP….At Pier Park, 30A, & the outlet mall.
🏝️EAT, EAT, EAT….you get to try all the different restaurants without a wait plus a lot of them offer off season discounts and specials. Especially Schooner's!
🏝️Some of my favorite things are the Florida State Parks! You can visit them without crowds and without sweating galore! Nearby is Camp Helen State Park, St. Andrews State Park, Friends of Eden Gardens State Park.
🏝️One of my number one things to do is St Andrews Mardi Gras Festival! This is a one of a kind event, it is so much fun! There is a pet parade, huge parade, food trucks, small business shops! It’s a must do on any bucket list….pinky promise!
🏝️DEEP SEA FISHING….again the weather isn’t too hot and you aren’t fighting a crowd of people!
🏝️Sunset Dolphin Cruise with Sea Screamer!! It is such an awesome experience!!
🏝️WEATHER…not too cold not too hot but just right!
🏝️LAST BUT NOT LEAST….THE BEACH! Grab you a chair, a sand bucket, and good drink! Watch the waves crash in and take your stress away!

🌞 Thank You for a Great Summer! 🌊

As summer comes to a close, we want to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who stayed at our beach houses this season. Your support means the world to us and we hope you made lasting memories by the sea!

We also want to give you a heads up: due to a significant increase in HOA fees, we’ll be adjusting our rental rates moving forward in 2026. We’ve worked hard to keep our homes affordable and this change helps us continue maintaining the high standards and comfort you expect. We truly appreciate your understanding and continued support. Can’t wait to welcome you back for another beach getaway! 🏖️

Special thanks to The Roger’s Family for being a return guest!!

This was our 2nd year in a row at the Sunkissed Peach. My kids don’t think we should vacation anywhere else, and this time, we had to bring our friends! 😍 The house is always immaculately clean and inviting. Everything you could possibly need on a beach vacation is taken care of. Beach towels, toys, floats, a wagon, it’s all there already! That takes SO much stress out of the equation from the jump! The kids took full advantage of the toys and the boogie board. And we mamas took full advantage of the coffee maker, stocked and ready! 🙌🏻 Holly is the sweetest and easiest host, period. I can tell she puts her whole heart into this. Her hospitality is top-notch and it’s what will keep us coming back again and again! Counting down the days for our next trip to PCB & the Sunkissed Peach! ☀️😘🍑
