Summerhouse Unit 307 is a 2 bedroom beach front condo located on Thomas Drive in Panama City Beach. The unit sleeps a total of 9 guest; King bed in the master; two full beds in the second bedroom; a queen sleeper sofa and a twin sleeper sofa in the livingroom. The unit has a shower tub in the master bathroom and a walk in shower in the 2nd bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked. It is a true 3rd floor unit. It includes a set of beach chairs and umbrella set up each day for the guest March thru October.
