You can book with confidence. I have owned this condo for 9 years and have great reviews. I live locally and take great pride in my condo. This is a LUXURY condo with breathtaking oceanfront views from the 13th floor. Both the living room and bedroom feature a wall of windows, with sliding doors that open to the spacious private 25 foot balcony. You can see miles of sugar white sandy beaches and the blue-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy relaxing tropical breezes, the sound of the surf, and spectacular sunsets.

BEACH CHAIR SERVICE(ONLY AVAILABLE FROM MARCH 1 TO OCTOBER 31) means you have 2 cushioned lounge chairs and an umbrella waiting for you on the beach. You can call ahead and they will set it up for you. You can even pick your own spot!

This is a great condo for a romantic couples retreat or a family with one or two small children

The bedroom has a four post king size bed . The mattress is like sleeping on air. There is a 55" flat screen SMART TV and Blu-ray player in the living room and the master has a 40" flat screen T.V .and a large full bathroom with a sunken tub and shower and two sinks . The bed linens and comforters are cleaned after each stay. This is an extremely clean unit. The new sofa folds out to a queen bed. There is a full-mirrored wall that brings the ocean view into the unit! For guests who bring their laptops,games, etc. there is WiFi. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals including modern white appliances, built-in microwave, and dishwasher – there are five food stores within five miles and super Wal-Mart is within walking distance. The dining area seats four and there is a breakfast bar. The bath ,800 square foot lagoon design with a waterfall that you can swim through. Relax with your favorite beverage and snack at 'The Hang Out' poolside bar and grill. On-site availability of jet-ski, para-sailing, beach chair & umbrella rentals. We now have a gym located on the premises. Long Beach is gated with 24 hour security guards so that you have a safe vacation.
