We've traveled to many famous and expensive beaches across the globe and while we love the seclusion and beauty of Tahiti, the cost and logistics to get all the way out there make visiting the ocean a difficult proposition. So I made it a goal to find the best beaches stateside that were affordable to visit an
d stay at while also convenient to travel to. What good is a beautiful vacation getaway if you can't get to it? One result of that search I've found that absolutely hits the mark is Panama City Beach. There is much new development in prime areas of the beaches there. This keeps the traveler's experience comfortable and upscale. There is wonderful new and ongoing family and city development there as well which caters to tourists. The airport is both close and low cost to fly into as well. Panama City Beach is absolutely one of my top picks for a domestic beach with a great social atmosphere and oceanfront getaway feel. We are only buying condos that we would want to live in ourselves. We have personally upgraded and refurbished everything from the kitchen appliances to the bedroom linens as we would expect a luxury home to be appointed. You will love your stay and we will do everything we can to help you get the most of your time in our little ocean front getaway. Enjoy the onsite bars and pools within reach of the beach. Bring a cold drink to your beach umbrella lounger and sink your feet into the warm sand. Relax and recuperate.

In an absolute abomination of common sense, here's a form to enroll in marketing and unsolicited text messaging from me. This is clearly noted with the TCS, which is a registration for businesses who have business numbers that can send/receive text messages. I am one of those people who has a business phone and send texts from it. TCS (The Campaign Registry) auditors believe that every customer in the world who gets text messages from "businesses" like me, will opt-into them first and hence requires that a form to gather customer consent be posted on the web for them to happily fill out. Else they revoke your SMS capabilities. They have no concept that customers may actually text first to initiate exchanges. See my number below? You can text me questions or concerns about my properties or your stay. And if you found me on ABNB or VRBO, guess what, you get my number there too. Call or text anytime with any issues you have, it's literally your prerogative. Who in their right mind would go to a form on some website to opt into receiving marketing and unsolicited text messages from someone, especially a business, prior to texting them a question or inquiry? Do you not get enough spam already? You have a question about a service, does that mean you want to receive spam marketing messages once you get your issue answered? So why would you agree to T's and C's and to opt-in when all you have is a question that could be sent in 2 seconds? It makes no sense. Literally zero.
