Enjoy the Emerald Coast of FL while staying in our 18th floor, beach front condo! Amazing views from It is next door to the famous Schooner's Restaurant!

Our condo is located on the quieter east side of Panama City Beach. Walk to St. Andrews Park or the marina. Many great restaurants in walking or a short drive. About 15 minutes to Pier Park. Sorry, no pets permitted by guests per condo management.

When a hurricane is coming, all patio furniture, beach chairs and rugs must be removed from balcony. The fit it in there wherever it fits. Not shown is the chaise and 2 standard height chairs. Glad we don’t have anyone there currently.

We were at the rental painting, cleaning and updating last week. Painted primary bath. Same soft green as the primary bedroom with a soft yellow accent wall. Added new mirrors, towel bars/hooks and lights. Also updated the hallway lighting. We still have fall dates available. Link in comments. Use contact button to generate price/book.

Updating primary bathroom this trip. Removed mirror, lighting, towel bars and had it patched by our handyman. Had to mud the holes and let it dry, second layer going on in a few hours. Worked my travel agency business a bit too. Sand tomorrow and paint. While we wait, we beach. We got the beach chair service this year. Are you a heach chair service fan? Yes or No? The service is good, we prefer chairs. We don’t think they chaises are as comfortable. Lol

Washers & dryers don’t last long at the beach. We replaced the original one (apartment size type) with a stackable set in 2016. Well, we thought, it won’t be long, let’s replace the next trip in the fall. Didn’t last long enough. Replaced it at the end of July. Now guests can use our new Electrolux set. Can’t wait to see it and use it! lol wherever you rent, try to get as much sand off of towels and clothes before washing/drying.
