Dear All:

Regarding unit 522's water leak that has been reported, Wade is on the way there, however, with spring break traffic it is difficult to reach the property quickly. I will let you know more as I hear from Wade. The problem was unit 622's water heater. It is being taken care of.

Regarding people coming up from the beach, security has checked this out and yes, people came up from the beach, however, they are staying at Top of the Gulf on the 1st floor. No problems with them, except that they were grilling on the patio. They have been contacted that this is not allowed. Please remind your guests that grilling is only allowed in the grilling area.

Good morning TOG owners. I wanted to reach out to everyone and let you know about some changes for Spring Break. The TOG board decided to make a parking pass change for Spring Break 2014. We have purchased a Spring Break only pass as well as increased the cost per pass to $25.00 only for Spring Break. Please make a note of this change as well as notify your guest. I do apologize about the delay in this announcement as I completely forgot about FB with everything going on. Thank you Chantale for my reminder.
