The Bunk Room is private as it has it's own door (unlike many at Seychelles) and features 3-Twin (Trundle) Kingsdown Mattresses. With the Living Room Pull-out Sofa, this Condo comfortably sleeps 7-9. All Bedrooms and the Living Room feature Flat-Screen TVs and Cable TV w/HBO. Free High-Speed Wired Internet & WiFi are included, as well as Unlimited Local & Long-Distance Phone Service within US & Canada. Do you have Netflix, Amazon Prime TV or Hulu, etc.? Living Room TV features a Roku Device that streams in all of your available favorites. The entire Condo, including Kitchen, has many of the essentials that you will need (this used to be a non-rental)... If there is something else that you need or have any concerns, please ask our Caretaker (family- PCB Local)... Also ask for Dining Out Tips (mostly known to Locals). One Parking Pass will be available and paid for by the Owners (unlike some condos at Seychelles) and additional Parking Passes may be purchased, subject to availability, from the Rental Office or the HOA Offices (Ask Owner for Details). Seychelles is located at the 'Quiet End' of Panama City Beach and has easy access (less traffic) to North Thomas Drive Shopping and Grand Lagoon Fishing and Restaurants... It's also within walking distance of St. Andrews State Park... The fishing marinas offer deep sea fishing, sailing, diving, snorkeling and dolphin tours.
