The wraparound balcony provides marine life viewing such as sea turtles, dolphins, sting rays, and all different types of fish, but most of all you will enjoy viewing the most amazing sunsets in the Gulf of Mexico every day! We have the latest technology including Bluetooth surround sound stereo system with individually controlled speakers in the great room, master bedroom and balcony. You can connect your iPhone, iPad or other Bluetooth device and listen to Pandora or your personal music. Our luxury condo is professionally decorated in a clean cottage style with lots of whites and blues and plantation shutters. The large open kitchen has a 16 foot breakfast bar and is fully equipped for gourmet dinners. The kitchen has GE Profile Appliances, corian countertops and a panoramic view of the beach. In addition, we have a Keurig Coffee Maker. We have beautiful ceramic tile floors throughout our condo. The great room and all bedrooms each contain a Flat Screen HD TV, and a Blue-ray DVD player. Free wireless high speed internet is included. The couch in the great room will convert into a queen size bed for extra guest. In the laundry room, we have a washer and dryer. The master bedroom is Gulf front with a door to the balcony. The room features a king size bed with 700 Thread Count Sheets, end tables, wall mirror, armoire and 40' LED HD TV. One of the guest bedrooms has a king size bed with 700 Thread Count Sheets, with end table and chest. The third guest bedroom features queen size bed with 450 Thread Count Sheets, chest and end table. Both bedrooms open onto the wraparound balcony with a view of the bays and a private sitting area. Guest rooms have separate entrances to the bath. In our luxury condo complex, you will enjoy the secure covered parking garage, with assigned parking, and 3 high speed elevators. We offer a gulf front fitness room, a video arcade game room for children and teenagers. We have in-house security available by phone. The tropical beach front has two gulf front pools, 2 outdoor spas, a kiddie pool, a poolside Tiki Hut Bar/Restaurant, lounges, deck chairs and gazebos. Step down to the 294 feet white sand beach on the emerald waters which offers para sailing, windsurfing, jet skis, and banana boats along with the beautiful sunshine. You may never want to leave your unit, but in case you do, there is a poolside Tiki Hut Bar/Restaurant and excellent dining and family entertainment just a short walk away. Enjoy the fun park, golf, deep sea fishing, diving, snorkeling or just spend a relaxing day at nearby St. Andrews State Park or Shell Island where you can swim with the dolphins. Walk the beach to nearby Pineapple Willie's and Spinnakers! Bumper boats, go carts, Emerald Falls Water Park, convenience market, and miniature golf are all within walking distance! From early March through mid-October we provide free use of the beach service (a $260 weekly value free to our renters) including two padded lounge chairs with umbrella on the sandy beach.
