2 Bedrooms - 1 Bath, extra makeup area with sink plus outdoor shower. BEDS: 1 King bed, 1 Dbl., 1 bunk/twin there is a bedroll in closet if needed and a comfy couch. We have an ARTIFICIAL TURF YARD, this beach house is “NOT” pet friendly. HOWEVER… 3 homeless white cats roam the property. I feed them in the AM and PM on the back lot. No need to worry - they are not people friendly. Just lost souls, I love dearly. f you should need me I am two blocks away just send me a text. I check the outdoors daily - tend the flowers and pool deck and pool water. Pool cleaning is done on Tuesdays. Trash pickup is daily to make your stay effortless. ALL trash must be in plastic bags, no loose trash. This rental has been renovated and upgraded with Firestick and Ruko and includes internet to keep modern kids happy. Beach umbrella, 2 chairs, towels and a cooler are provided. Just bring your suit. All kitchen items you should need are provided. You need anything please text me I will do whatever I can to help. RESERVATIONS No rentals under the age of 25. Age verification will be requested at check-in. In accordance with Florida State Statute 509.41, reservations made under false pretense are null and void and check-in will not be allowed or guests will be asked to vacate the residence. A copy of your driver’s license will be required with your rental agreement to confirm age requirements as well as provide photo ID in case of emergency. THIS IS A NON - SMOKING HOME! IF ANY INDICATION OF SMOKING OR VA**NG IS FOUND IN THE HOME ONCE YOUR STAY HAS BEEN COMPLETED, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $300.00 DAMAGE FEE! Check in is 4:00 P.M. (CST). There is a possibility that your vacation rental check-in may be unavoidably delayed due to cleaning, maintenance issues and during
peak season times of the year. No rate reductions will be given due to a check in that is unavoidably delayed. Your patience is appreciated in these circumstances. Check out is 10:00 am (CST). The door code will expire at 10:00 am (CST). DEPARTURE RESPONSIBILITIES
It is your responsibility to leave the rental reasonably clean and in damage-free order. Please discard all items from the refrigerator, clean all dishes, start the dishwasher upon departure. Trash must be secured in a plastic bag and disposed of in designated receptacle. No trash or food items should be left inside the unit. Ensure all entry doors are locked upon your departure. OCCUPANCY AND MAXIMUM GUESTS The maximum number of guests is limited to the actual sleeping capacity for that rental. Guests who exceed the maximum occupancy are subject to immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments. The allowable occupancy for the rental residence is based on the following sleeping arrangements: 2 persons per king bed, 2 persons per full bed, 1 person bunk bed (note top bunk weight limitation for safety), Non-compliance with these policies could lead to an immediate eviction. ENTRY CODE We use a locking lockbox system for our home. I will meet you with a key upon arrival. Your personal code will be programmed to begin and expire on your rental dates. The lockbox helps prevent lockouts and increases security. Please remember the code is good for the entire length of your stay. Do not give it out to anyone other than the registered guests to prevent security issues such as theft. LEAVE the key inside the lock box at all times. TOWELS/LINENS While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not part of the rental. We do not permit towels or linens/bedding to be taken from the home. Cleaning fees are for the housekeeping for after you depart and clean the home for the next guest. When using the washer and dryer in the home, please do not wash our linens with your beach towels as they will fade onto the linens causing us to replace linens. If you would like to have a housekeeper come in mid-week at a charge, please call and i will arrange. All sheets on beds must be removed and left in the wash area on your departure. Along with any towels. WET BATHING SUITS, SAND AND OIL IN UNIT Wet bathing attire, sand and oils can cause damage to furniture, floors, and countertops. If you sit on our homes furniture with wet bathing suits that may also have sand or sun lotion on them you will damage the fabrics/wood. Please be very cautious. Do not bring beach toys into the unit unless thoroughly washed. Shower and hose is available near the back entrance for this purpose.
