Exciting news! Power is fully restored at the resort!!! All utilities are online.

Sewer: Please wait to dump your tanks until Monday morning to give the pumps time to catch up.

Water: there have been no reports of waterline breaks in the City, and no active boil notices for us.

I will update if anything changes.

Hello Guests and Residents.
Thank you for your continued patience and support during our post-storm clean-up.

Power is currently restored in many areas throughout the resort. FPL is working hard to restore everything in the resort by end of day today!

The Sun Outdoors PCB Team has been working hard to get the resort back in shape. They have made great progress with debris clean-up. It will take time to repair the down and broken fences. We have a contractor working to get the project rolling. Also, amenities will reopen as power is restored and we are able to determine each area is damage free. Our front pool equipment did experience minor damage. We are working hard to get that repaired as quickly as possible. The back pool should be open beginning Monday, 10/11/26.

We appreciate how supportive and patient you have been with us during the storm and clean-up.

We are happy to report that Sun Outdoors Panama City Beach has come through Hurricane Isaias virtually unscathed. Thankfully there are no reported injuries, no currently known damage to any building, and no flooding. There is significant debris from trees, and damage to various areas of the property's fencing that will need to be repaired. As of this post the property is WITHOUT power and there is no understood timeline on restoration from the utility provider. The resort office is current closed and is planning on reopening tomorrow (Sunday 10-11-2026) pending the restoration of electricity. Clean up efforts are ongoing and we will return the resort to full operations as quickly as possible! Thank you all for your understanding and continued support. We look forward to seeing around this beautiful resort soon.

Storage Guests - We have driven through and there storage appears damage free. I will continue to check daily and will contact customer's directly if needed.

Again, thanks for all of the well wishes! We truly have amazing guests and residents!!!!

Hello Residents and Guests.

Our suggestion to all residents and guests is to evacuate the resort on Friday and Saturday.

The main office will be closed on Friday and Saturday (10/09 - 10/10). During this time, all amenities and buildings will be locked and inaccessible. This include the offfice, clubhouse, bathrooms, fitness centers, swimming pools, and hot tub. We will reopen amenities once we have determined it is safe and damage free.

Additionally, there will be no trash pickup. Please do not set out trash during this time.

Please call 911 for any emergencies relating to medical, fire, or life safety issues.

In case of a community related emergency, please call (850) 890-5205

Again, we will update everyone when facilities can safely reopen.

Valued Residents and Guests,

We continue to closely monitor Tropical Storm Isaias. The storm is currently a tropical storm and is expected to strengthen into a hurricane. While we are not currently within the forecasted cone, we may still experience stormy conditions, including strong winds and heavy rainfall.

The safety of all Residents, Guests, and Team Members is our top priority. Please thoroughly review the information below. It is important to complete storm preparation at your site over the next 24 hours.

Please be mindful that if a mandatory evacuation order is issued for our area, our expectation is that all Residents and Guests will comply with the order and evacuate as directed by local emergency management officials.

Utilities and other critical infrastructure may be damaged, disrupted, or proactively disabled to prevent further damage or safety risks. We will communicate those decisions as the preparations unfold.

We will continue to keep everyone updated as additional information is provided.

Potential storm impact:

Localized Flooding: Heavy rainfall can lead to flash floods in low-lying areas. Staying away from flooded roads and areas is crucial for your safety following high winds. We recommend storing any outdoor items to avoid damage from flooding.
High Winds: Winds can cause damage to structures, trees, and power lines. Securing outdoor objects can help minimize potential damage.

Loss of Utilities: Power may be disrupted as a result of wind and rain. It is important to have a supply of essentials such as water, non-perishable food, medications, and important documents on hand. Please ensure that sewer hoses are secured. Loose sewer connections can allow stormwater to enter the wastewater system, which can lead to backups and system failures.

We urge you to take the following preparatory actions to help keep our community safe:

• Prevent damage or injury by storing and/or securing any outdoor items that may be picked up in high winds to prevent damage or injury.
• Lower flags, awnings, A/C covers, swings, etc. to prevent damage.
• Let our team know if you need assistance with preparations.
• In the event of an emergency, dial 911. If you need team assistance in an emergency situation, please call the after-hours line at 850-890-5205.
• Stay informed about the latest weather updates through reliable sources, such as local news and the National Weather Service.
